Service Learning 5/12/09

*Planted Flowers
*came up with ideas for fund raising
*Cleaned the flat out by the comfrence room
*made plans for what we are going to do for the Service Learninig day
*came to agrement for what we are doing to raise money


Today we had a very good day. We had everybody do something to get credit and we all finally work together as a group.

Metting 3/31/09

During this meeting for service learning we really didnt get anything done because of the fact that everybody was alking and all Mrs Kandy could do was yell at them. But then me Jessie, Nicole, and Kihara steped up and strated making ideas about what we could do for fund raising. Hopefully nest time we will have a better meeting and maybe get something done without Ms. Kandy not yelling.

i wants here for this meeting but my friends that are in that group are telling me that they really didnt do anything because no one was there and that they dont know what to do next to get information.

reflection on first meeting 09

This week in serivce learing was that we were writing a letter asking for funds for our group. The complications that we were facing was that not eveybody wanted to write the letter. The succes was that fact that about 4 groups outa 5 had writen one and now all we have to do is pick one and send it and hopefully fund us. Area's to improve in is that the kids need to learn how to listen to the teacher and really need to do their work. My personal goals for serivce learning is to get a good grade and also to finsih all of the work that we have to do. On March 4th our group should work on trying to get this letter out for the fact that we need the funds soon.
